📦 Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy
Overview
At Artevia Inspire, we are dedicated to providing high-quality custom products that are tailored specifically to our clients’ requirements. As all our products are custom-made, returns and refunds are subject to strict guidelines to protect both the customer and our design and production process.
Return Eligibility
Products may only be returned in the following cases:
If the delivered product does not match the approved final demo or agreed specifications.
If the product is damaged, defective, or significantly flawed upon delivery.
Products must be reported for return within 7 working days of receipt.
Reporting Issues
All return requests must be submitted by email to:

Please include:
Order number
Detailed description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem
Return Process
After receiving your return request, our team will review it and respond within 3 working days.
If your return is approved, you will be offered:
A full refund
Or a product replacement (if possible)
Return Shipping Costs
If the issue is confirmed to be our fault:
We will cover the return shipping costs.
If the issue is not due to our fault (e.g., improper handling by the customer):
The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of approval and will be issued using the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Products that meet the approved demo and specifications.
Orders reported for return after the 7-working-day deadline.
Items used or damaged by the customer (unless confirmed as a defect).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
For exchange requests, please follow the same return process and indicate your replacement preference.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are non-refundable if they match the approved demo.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply in cases such as:
Minor physical damages
Slight color or size variations
Return requests submitted after the 7-working-day window
Return Instructions
If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions.
Products must be securely repackaged with all original materials and proof of purchase.
Order Cancellation Policy
If the customer decides to cancel an order after payment:
If the order is still in the design stage:
Only the design fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
If the order has entered the printing/production stage:
The design fee and all costs incurred up to that point will be deducted from the refund.
If the order is fully completed and delivered:
No refund will be provided.
All incurred costs will be transparently calculated and communicated to the customer.
