At Artevia Inspire, we are dedicated to providing high-quality custom products that are tailored specifically to our clients’ requirements. As all our products are custom-made, returns and refunds are subject to strict guidelines to protect both the customer and our design and production process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Return Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Products may only be returned in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the delivered product does not match the approved final demo or agreed specifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the product is damaged, defective, or significantly flawed upon delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Products must be reported for return within 7 working days of receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reporting Issues<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

All return requests must be submitted by email to:

Order number<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Detailed description of the issue<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clear photos showing the problem<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Return Process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

After receiving your return request, our team will review it and respond within 3 working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your return is approved, you will be offered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A full refund<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Or a product replacement (if possible)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Return Shipping Costs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If the issue is confirmed to be our fault:
We will cover the return shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the issue is not due to our fault (e.g., improper handling by the customer):
The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refund Processing Time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of approval and will be issued using the original payment method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Non-Returnable Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The following items are not eligible for return:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Products that meet the approved demo and specifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orders reported for return after the 7-working-day deadline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Items used or damaged by the customer (unless confirmed as a defect).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
For exchange requests, please follow the same return process and indicate your replacement preference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sale Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are non-refundable if they match the approved demo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Partial Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Partial refunds may apply in cases such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minor physical damages<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Slight color or size variations<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Return requests submitted after the 7-working-day window<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Return Instructions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions.
Products must be securely repackaged with all original materials and proof of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Order Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If the customer decides to cancel an order after payment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the order is still in the design stage:
Only the design fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the order has entered the printing\/production stage:
The design fee and all costs incurred up to that point will be deducted from the refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the order is fully completed and delivered:
No refund will be provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All incurred costs will be transparently calculated and communicated to the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
